Vines of the Yarra Valley is owned and operated by wedding professionals George and Angela Ross who also run Vogue Ballroom Wedding Venue in Melbourne’s South East. Vogue Ballroom has earned a five-star reputation in Melbourne for delivering elegant receptions and is the larger wedding venue of the two capable of seating up to 400 people.

At Vines Helen’s Hill, set within the vineyard of Helen’s Hill Estate, we pride ourselves on our local produce and matching our food to the Estate’s wines.

The wines that are available are from the vineyard itself – Helen’s Hill Estate. The vineyard is family owned and operated with over 150 acres of land and approximately 100 acres under vine, so the views are always changing at Vines at Helen’s Hill.

The Tongsai Bay, Koh Samui’s most romantic hotel, is proud to welcome Mark Krueger, as its Executive Chef.
Born in Melbourne, Australia in 1968 to German parents he initially studied civil engineering for 3 years before realising his true calling was in the kitchen! He chose the hard route of an apprenticeship to build up the experience he needed and started off at the bottom in a small restaurant called Yolans whose head chef trained with the Roux brothers in London.
He then moved to the Windsor Hotel (an Oberoi hotel) in Melbourne under Bruno Cerdan and completed a further 3 year apprenticeship moving from position to position covering all the famous hotel’s food & beverage outlets.
